A Hog Roast Tarleton Southern Slow Roast is a great way to enjoy a trio of slow-cooked marinated meats alongside four hot or cold side dishes, and you get to decide on all seven in advance when you book with us.
First, you get to choose your favourite meats (which we marinate in our secret rubs) for us to serve and on the day, they’ll sizzle away slowly but surely for a few hours. Choose from minted lamb, pork butt, spicy chickens, sticky pork ribs and beef brisket, which will all be accompanied by a selection of sauces, including a smokey sweet barbecue glaze, a hot pepper sauce and a hickory bourbon BBQ sauce. Next, you select your four sides, from coleslaw, a seasonal green leaf salad, a Greek salad, a finely-sourced vegetable selection, mac and cheese, corn cobettes, potato salad, roasted baby new potatoes and a combo of sweet potato fries and traditional chips. And there you have it – your perfect Southern Slow Roast, decided entirely by you!
