With hog roasting it used to be that you would be fairly limited on where you can have at it. The classic style of hog roasting, after all, requires quite a bit of set up. In some cases you might be digging a whole fire pit from scratch to put your spit over, or you may have had a steel fire pit that is still quite hefty to carry and set out in limited spaces.
At Hog Roast Ashton-on-Ribble, however, one of the things we are most proud of is our ability to take authentic hog roasting anywhere out on the road. Catering takes us out to some of the most wonderful and remote locations in the country, but no matter where we go where are well equipped to handle the dining with our handy mobile hog roasting machines. They nice and neatly pack up as one self-contai
ned unit, double as a prep and serving table too so there is even less to pack, and wheel nicely in and out the back of our vans so we can easily get out and go.
This means that no matter where our customers are, we can get out to them and provide our signature hog roast dining experience, plus much more thanks to the versatility of our machines too. It gives us one of the best perks of the job in that our Hog Roast Ashton-on-Ribble teams are always able to visit such extraordinary places near enough every day. When it comes to catering, as a serving team you don’t have a traditional office as such. Instead, your office each day is some of the most extravagant venues and locations in the country, often done up to the nines for the big occasions and located with stunning views either out to hillside vistas, beachfront sights, or incredible urban environments. Not a bad way to enjoy work at the “office”!
