Hog Roast Bamber Bridge – Wedding Catering With Our Delicious Southern Slow Roast Menu

At Hog Roast Bamber Bridge, we’ve had the pleasure of catering at some gorgeous venues over the years, both locally and nationally, in the countryside and in urban areas, both large and small and for all kinds of events. From weddings to christenings, engagements to anniversaries and school fetes to retirement parties, we provide seriously tasty grub to suit all pockets, and that’s whether you’re having a formal or informal affair and no matter the number of guests you’re inviting.

We recently catered a lovely, posh wedding at a nearby venue, a stunning country house that you can rent out for you and your guests, and which this couple had done for the entire weekend. Surrounded by woodland and featuring a small lake that would be a great place for those all-important wedding photos, this house was surely one of the most beautiful we had ever been invited to cater at and one that the bride, groom and guests would find hard to forget.

Months ago, the couple’s wedding planner got in touch with us to plan the evening feast. We often deal with wedding planners, as it takes some of the strain off the bride and groom, and on this day Carol called us to ask us to serve our Hog Roast Bamber Bridge Southern Slow Roast with a selection of additional dishes, This menu already gives you three marinated meats, four sides, and a vegetarian option if needed, so it’s favoured by many of our customers as it ensures different tastes are all covered, which is greatly important at an function like a wedding.

For this fantastic feast, Carol asked us for our Southern Slow trio of beef brisket, pork butt, and whole roasted chickens to be accompanied by mac and cheese, a Greek salad, corn cobettes and potato wedges, as well as veggie skewers for vegetarian guests and two extra salads. Hog Roast Bamber Bridge arrived at the gorgeous venue on Saturday afternoon, and started by cooking the meats outside in the chilly Autumn air, and hours later we had heaps of fresh, homemade food all ready to be served to the hungry guests, in the marquee of a truly marvellous venue.
