The party had been organised by Samual on behalf of his wife and birthday girl, Michaela. With December being such a hectic month for everyone, Samuel had wanted to treat his wife to a relaxed and informal celebration, which took place at a venue our team are very familiar with.

Hog Roast Longton had been the one to recommend this specific venue to Samuel and had helped him secure the booking ahead of Michaela’s party. They also helped the client customise our menu. So, in addition to serving BBQ pork butt, beef brisket, Cajun-spiced chicken and BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls with potato salad, coleslaw and mixed fries, our team also prepared charcuterie boards and a grazing table of nibbles for the guests to indulge in.

Hog Roast Longton spent all afternoon working on this spread, and the results were outstanding. Everything was presented beautifully using our eco-friendly crockery and cutlery, but the flavours were what sealed it -the guests could hardly believe how delicious the food was!

Samuel was also so thankful to Hog Roast Longton for making the party-planning process so easy, and he and Michaela had a brilliant time!
