Our Traditional Barbecue is a tasty feast that comprises several meats and sides, so there’s plenty of choice for everyone. We grill our own-recipe gourmet sausages, British beef burgers, chicken kebabs and meaty marinated spare ribs, and serve alongside a Greek salad, homemade coleslaw and freshly-made chips or sweet potato fries (though you can have a combination of both if you prefer). You may be hankering for our Hog Roast Ribbleton Loaded Fries instead, however, which come topped with your choice of pulled pork or beef brisket and a spicy or zesty slaw, and we also add melting cheese and spicy jalapenos for a bit of kick.
If you love a variety of marinated meats, our Southern Slow Roast may be just the ticket, where you choose a trio of meats that are marinated in our secret rubs and then slow-cooked over several hours on the day of your party or event, and served with your choice of four sides too. Select three from BBQ pork butt, Texan 24-hour beef brisket, Cajun-spiced whole roasted chickens, Louisiana sticky pork ribs and minted lamb and then four from coleslaw, a leafy salad, a Greek salad, seasonal vegetables, corn cobettes, mac and cheese, roasted baby new potatoes, fries and potato salad. Or for a meal with an Italian twist, why not try our Alfresco, where we serve antipasti meats, cheeses and breads, followed by a hog roast buffet main and then a choice of desserts.
