Hog Roast Brinscall for a Newly Qualified Nurse!

Here at Hog Roast Brinscall, we don’t just get asked to cater for big scale events. Intimate celebrations for family and friends in back gardens all over the local area are becoming increasingly popular, and whatever the occasion and regardless of how many different tastes and dietary requirements we have to cater for, we can guarantee to provide high quality, economical options that will manage to please everyone! We had the opportunity to showcase our considerate culinary approach at a special gathering recently thrown by Peter in honour of his partner Sarah becoming a fully-qualified nurse! After years of hard work, late nights, early mornings, challenging situations and endless homework, Sarah had gone the distance and achieved her goal!

With little time for fun and socialising during her studies, Peter wanted to give Sarah a special surprise to congratulate her on her massive achievement. He decided to throw a garden party and invite all of their family and friends, but with Sarah being gluten-intolerant and her brother and his wife being vegetarians, he was struggling to find a catering company who could a) cook great food in his back garden and b) be able to provide suitable options for everyone without any of the guests (especially Sarah!) feeling left out or singled out. Peter’s dilemma was swiftly resolved when he received a positive response from the Hog Roast Brinscall team after completing the inquiry form on our website! Without further ado, Peter hired us to provide one of our all-inclusive spreads for his new favourite nurse and all of their chums.

The guest of honour was thrilled with her partner’s gesture and was also very impressed with his hitherto undiscovered organisational skills! Sarah loved having all of her loved ones around her for her well-deserved celebration and she couldn’t stop praising us for the delicious slow-cooked meat and inventive vegetarian options we provided. She thanked us for discreetly providing the gluten-free bread rolls for her, as Peter had requested, which meant she could join all of her guests in tucking into a delicious hog roast butty without missing out on a single thing. The garden party was a big success, with infinite brownie points for Peter, kudos for Hog Roast Brinscall and everyone raising a glass to new nurse Sarah!
