Hog Roast Croston were absolutely thrilled when they were booked by a local charity to be part of their prize for 20 loved up couples. The local charity did a raffle and there were 20 prizes, 20 lucky couples won an all-expenses paid Hog Roast Croston dinner at a luxury hotel. The team were delighted to get on board with this event.
The clients wanted a fully luxurious event, they plumped to go for a bespoke catering package that included full, formal service and the very best dishes Hog Roast Croston could offer. No expense was spared; the whole event revolved around the lucky couples receiving the best quality food.
The package the clients opted for included five courses, the finest china crockery and shining cutlery, formal napkins and of course, a team of experienced wait staff to serve. The team from Hog Roast Croston were only too pleased to jump straight into preparation.
On Valentine’s Day a team from Hog Roast Croston arrived at the hotel venue six hours before the 7:30pm arrival time of the guests. The team worked together to prepare all the dishes fresh on site.
When the guests arrived at 7:30pm the serving staff mingled amongst the lucky couples offering up an array of delicious canapés, including: pâté encroute, mini quiches and feta skewers. Once all the lucky guests had arrived they were seated and served a starter of steaming hot soup and freshly baked bread rolls, followed swiftly by the main course. The main course was succulent slow roasted salmon with perfectly seasoned new potatoes alongside a whole varied selection of perfectly prepared seasonal veg. After such a delicious and hearty main course the puddings were light and sweet, the guests could choose between individual zesty lemon tart or fresh fruit salad, both of which could be served with a dollop of fresh cream.
Once the delicious desserts had been enjoyed the serving staff offered fresh tea and coffee, along with after dinner mints to the guests. The Hog Roast Croston team thought the event was a massive success, all the guests enjoyed the food and the clients were thrilled.
