We have several available, including our Loaded Fries, Alfresco, Barbecue and Southern Slow Roast, and this blog will enlighten you on the latter menu, which comprises a trio of marinated meaty mains and a trio of sides – and you actually get to choose all six dishes yourself when you book.

First, choose your three meats, from pulled quarter of minted lamb, barbecued pork butt, Cajun-spiced whole roast chickens, Texan beef brisket and Louisiana sticky pork ribs, which are all marinated beforehand in our Hog Roast Ingol secret-recipe rubs and then on the day, we roast them slowly but surely for several hours until we get tender and moist meat that just falls off your fork and melts in your mouth. The hardest part is deciding which three to feature at your special occasion! Once cooked to perfection, your selected meats will then be served together with some lovely sauces – a smoky sweet BBQ glaze, a bourbon BBQ sauce and a super-spicy hot pepper sauce, which is not for the faint-hearted.

Next, you get to decide on your three hot or cold side dishes, from the following: Our homemade Memphis-style coleslaw; a Greek salad that’s full of feta, olives, tomatoes and cucumber; a seasonal green leaf salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and spring onion; a selection of seasonal vegetables; corn cobettes with warm melted butter; our all-American mac and cheese; our creamy potato salad; golden roasted baby new potatoes with fresh rosemary and garlic; and a combination of traditional and sweet potato fries. Either way, whichever you choose, they’re accompanied by white and wholemeal rolls and wraps and condiments, and with this menu, there’s also a vegan option and a vegetarian option if needed – our vegan pulled jackfruit and our vegetarian skewers – and we can cater for other diets too, such as gluten-free.
