February was been a very busy month for Hog Roast Ribbleton and it seems like March will be the exact same! We have been getting orders left right and centre since Christmas from customers old and new. On Sunday morning we headed to cater for a birthday event for a lovely lady called Jayne she was turning 50 and she said we came highly recommended form friends, which was nice to hear.
We arrived at her lovely farm house at noon as the party was to be held late afternoon we had a chat then began to cook the Hog Roast Ribbleton. We placed the large machine next to the prep table and filled the machine with chickens and beef as the meats cooked we began to make the sides we made a lovely crispy salad and placed it in a huge bowl and a crunchy apple coleslaw which Jayne said was her absolute favourite! We then made some spicy diced potatoes and set them onto cook and roasted some parsnips the tables were filling up fast with Hog Roast Ribbleton food we placed buns in brown, white and seeded in baskets along with some mini trifles on the tables that we had made earlier that morning and just as we were pitting the finishing touches the guests had arrived. Jayne was taken aback and said she was shocked at how good it looked. She watched as we sliced the juicy beef into slices and placed the chickens onto a platter all enjoyed and commented on the meat the guests helped themselves to the other foods and Jayne said that our apple coleslaw was the best she had ever tasted! That did make us smile she said she was amazed at what we charged but as always we keep the costs low and like our customers to reap the rewards and by doing that ensures a good business.
We had a wonderful day and enjoyed very good company we think Jayne will now join our team of regulars as she said she will most definitely be back for more and we look forward to seeing her again, such a lovely lady.
