Earlier this year, the Hog Roast Higher Walton team was contacted by a city council to provide catering at their upcoming annual Christmas market. The event includes a variety of stalls, including food options, festive drinks, gifts, and crafts. For the menu, the Hog Roast Higher Walton team will be on hand to provide a festive menu for the customers to enjoy. This menu is perfect for creating a festive atmosphere and is bound to go down a treat alongside the entertainment. The event attracts plenty of customers from local towns to visit, creating a great environment for guests to enjoy in the run up to Christmas.

On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Higher Walton team will arrive at the venue in the morning to prepare for the midday serving time. Our menu will be on offer between midday and 3:00pm, to allow plenty of guests to enjoy our catering. For the menu, we will be providing delicious and succulent sliced turkey, which will be whole-roasted to perfection on-site. The turkey will be served in fresh bread rolls alongside a selection of festive trimmings, including pigs in blankets, roasted baby potatoes, cauliflower cheese, and glazed seasonal vegetables. Overall, this will create a delicious and varied menu, with more than enough food to go around. We are expecting to serve 300 guests at the fair and this menu is sure to be the perfect choice!
