Everyone knows that your wedding is much more than just your wedding day- it also includes your engagement party, hen and stag parties, pre-wedding pampering, and sharing memories and unwinding after the big day. Helen and Martin are getting married later this spring and are currently putting together a great post-wedding celebration to enjoy on the afternoon after their big day. This will be perfect for their guest list since they have several out-of-town guests who are staying in a local hotel for several days around the reception. Hog Roast Grange has been hired to provide a delicious buffet lunch for the post-wedding gathering, which will be perfect for easing any hangovers and waking the guests up after a busy night of partying. It is also the perfect opportunity to look through any photos and chat about what went on the day before, while also allowing the couple some extra time to spend with their guests.

In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Grange team will arrive at the hotel function room in the morning and prepare for the 2:00pm serving time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it over five hours to roast to perfection. Alternatively, we will be providing BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is delicious and meat-free. The mains will be served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For the side dishes, the guests can enjoy homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a fresh green leaf salad. Overall, this menu is perfect for the occasion since it includes plenty of hearty and comforting dishes, which is just what the guests will need after a long night!
