2. Alfresco – your guests will graze over some delicious antipasti platters filled with flavourful meats such as salami and fine cheeses such as parmingiano. The platters will be served with the dipping condiments extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar as well as some tasty nibbles like stuffed peppers, mixed olives, and rocket. A colourful and scrumptious masterpiece. For the main, enjoy a whole slowly roasted pig accompanied with stuffing and crisp cracking as well as three freshly prepared salads and either buttered new potatoes or roasted new potatoes.
